Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping to the United States We ship to all 50 US states. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.

Order Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delays While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at hello@lunepets.com.

International Shipping At this time, Lune ships to the United States only. We are working on expanding to additional countries — stay tuned.
